Shipping Locations  

We want our collections to reach every corner of India where our services are available. That’s why we offer delivery to all accessible pin codes across the country, ensuring that your favorite styles arrive safely at your doorstep, no matter where you live.   

Currently, our shipping coverage is limited to locations within India. We are not offering international shipping at this time, but we’re working toward expanding our reach to more people who share a passion for fashion in the future.

Processing Time  

Once your order is placed, our process begins right away. Every item is carefully picked, inspected, and packed to ensure it meets our quality standards. Preparing your order usually takes between one to two business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.   

As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, we will send you a confirmation email with the relevant details. This preparation period helps us ensure that every parcel leaves our facility in perfect condition. Your patience allows us to provide the care and attention that each order deserves.  

Delivery Timeline  

We know how exciting it is to receive something you’ve been waiting for, and our goal is to get it to you quickly and safely. Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within three to eight business days, depending on your delivery address and local courier operations.

Failed Delivery Attempts

When a delivery fails, the package is returned to our warehouse for safe keeping. If this occurs, please get in touch with us so we can help arrange another delivery at a suitable time. To avoid any delays, please double-check your address details during checkout and ensure someone is available to receive the order.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Providing photos of the issue will help us assess the situation and assist you promptly.   

In the rare event that your package is lost during delivery, we will coordinate closely with our courier partners to investigate. Once the loss is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, either a replacement of the same item or a full refund, depending on product availability.
